I used their delivery service and ordered the spinach rondos and garlic fries. A little too much wet spinach in them for my taste. They were alright, they might be better fresh out of the kitchen. Service was on time 30-40 min.

The things I love, I really love here. Their spaghetti with meat sauce is seriously great. I have been returning for that dish since they opened. It’s amazingly good.

We are originally from the greater Cincinnati area and have loved LaRosa’s for years. We have been to this new Knoxville location several times now.Good: Baked Buddy and calzones are great. We also love the BLT salad, even as a smaller side salad. The pepperoni Rondos are very good too.Bad: Food preparation time at this location is always inexplicably slow, even during slow periods. It’s like they don’t know how long stuff takes to bake or how to manage what goes in first. Maybe they only have 1 oven.Suggestion: Need a mini version of the Rondos. A plate of just 2 would be great as a side with a salad rather than as a starter. All in all a good taste of home for us, and a good choice for any who haven’t tried it before.

Poor service, closes early.. Met the Larosa brothers at the grand opening. They were great. Then when I went at 10:45 on a Friday night to make a pickup order, the doors were locked (they close at 11 Friday and Saturday nights). The waitress just stared at me trying to open the door. I then ordered from a competitor across the street. Im sure the franchise owner would be interested to hear about this. The 800 number was completely unhelpful, transfer to a supervisor, who wanted to transfer to a supervisor. Poor service Larosas.I dont see this restaurant making it very long.

Bland and disinterested. Describes the food and our waitress equally! The pizza we got, simple pepperoni, was so tasteless that we could only tell it was pizza by looking. And the spinach rondos were tough to cut, with absolutely no spinach or mozzarella flavor. There were green flecks in it but I couldn’t swear they weren’t parsley instead! Told the waitress that we didn’t like any of it, when she finally drifted past close enough to hail, and she wasn’t concerned in the least. We ate three tiny pieces of the medium pizza yet were charged full rate for the entire dinner. Manager didn’t even come by to check the food. There will not be a return trip!

Better options elsewhere. The best part of this place was the hostess, nice and friendly. Our waiter clearly did not know what he was doing, did not even know how large a large was. Dripped water on the table and wiped it with his bare hand. Kept trying to sit down with us and our his hand on my husband’s shoulder. Creepy. Took 30 min for a greasy pizza made wrong. We weren’t the only dissatisfied. Too expensive for the experience. There are plenty of other pizza places in west Knoxville with better & less expensive food.
