This is my favorite restaurant of all time! I have ate everywhere in the Knoxville area and this is by far the best. I’m not huge on sushi, but their hibachi is the best I’ve ever had. The food is impeccable and the service is good. It could use a little updating but with food that god, I could care what the rest of it looks like. A little pricey but definitely worth it!
I order a Tako carpaccio that isn’t a carpaccio, is just a sashimi with a salad, a London roll 10 tiny pices and more red tuna dragon other tiny in all place I use to order one is enough but here, everything is economic size18 Jan, 2014The rolls is too poor, not is a good slice of tuna on top, looks they need be economic
The hibachi food was wonderful. That’s about where the good review ends. The salmon nigiri I ordered was completely inedible. It looked, smelled, and tasted old and tough. The largely inattentive waitress didn’t ask if I liked the sushi or not, even though I had clearly left the bitten, unbeaten plate pushed away from me. My boyfriend ordered sushi which they were out of, and had to choose another. Both sushis appeared on our bill. The wait staff had loud personal conversations including harsh language. I was not personally offended by this but we felt quite uncomfortable and I would never think to bring my family to the restaurant. Again, the actual hibachi entree was awesome, as was the chef. I only wish we had better service.
My family and I love to eat here. In all I would recommend it. Pros: Food is amazing. Cons: Price. Service always depends on who you get.
Great Food and Great Service. Excellent rice, the best at any Japanese steakhouse, and great chef’s to cook for you. Patrick is the best one there and the Shogun dinner is the best! Great sushi, although Wasabi on Lovell Road is better in this area but I love dining here and recommend everyone do the same. Superb Mustard Sauce and Shrimp Sauce is even better, best ever. The decor needs an update but the food is always excellent!
