Our first visit in a some time was fantastic. We took advantage of the Prime Rib Special and that Steak was tender, tasty, and moist too. The Caesar Salad was crisp, fresh, and lively with the bread perfect as always. The Fried Green Tomatoes were battered just right and obvious the frying oil was fresh as taste was delicious.Best part of the visit was the Woodford Old Fashioned. We are both acclimated to a fine Old Fashioned and this one at O’Charley ‘s is the best you will get in a restaurant ever. Well done.Keep up the good work. Service was superb.

Disappointed. We were terribly disappointed in the food and service at this O’Charleys. We ordered water and tea as well as wine, we never received the water or tea and we’re never asked for anything else to drink. My husband steak was cooked fine however, my chicken and pasta were cold. I also ordered a salad that never arrived at the table. The waiter and manager seemed more worried about the table next to us and never checked on us. We will stick to the east town location that seems to care about their guests and service.
TERRIBLE service.. First of all, my waitress was incredibly rude to my family and I. Also, two of the three of us ordered our steak medium, and when it arrived, all three were well done and dry as powder. I’m terribly disappointed in the experience I had here. The waitresses are rude and snarky, my loaded potato soup was terrible, and my steak didn’t taste near as good as the ones I’ve eaten at other O’Charley’s restaurants. My recommendation would find somewhere else to spend the amount you would here. I could eat for the same price, if not a lower price, elsewhere and get better service as well as better food.
Love love love the new and improved restaurant and new menu. There are a lot of things that are the same, but they have a few new items that you must try! This time I got cedar planked salmon with cole slaw and broccoli. Oh my goodness, that was the BEST salmon I’ve EVER had. We also went on a Wednesday, and they give you a free slice of pie with your entree on Wednesdays. I got a slice of pecan pie. It was soooooo good. Like, there are no words! It reminded me of my Grandma’s pecan pie, and my grandma is the greatest cook I’ve ever met! I’m just really loving the new decor and everything. I’m going back ASAP! (Probably on a Wednesday haha)
Unfortunately Not Impressed. I was going to lunch with my fiance, his mother and his aunt. The place we had chosen was closed and O’Charley’s was close by. I was assured they had good food which always concerns me because I am a picky eater. I had never been to an O’Charley’s before. I thought they were a bit pricey, but again, I was assured the food was worth it and I was not paying. I believe I ordered a steak and a baked potato. The steak was tiny. Very, very tiny for the amount paid for it. I also found the food to be a bit bland. I am a small woman and I am watching my diet. I am not asking for a huge meal, but I would like to feel satisfied. While the service was okay, not bad, I don’t think I will return. There are other restaurants that serve larger portions for better prices with much tastier food. Perhaps it was an off day or a fluke. I might go back on someone else’s dime, but my own money is far too hard earned and scarce to spend somewhere that I am unsure of.
