I was looking for a good tasty steak. I was really disappointed that a chain would not have the same standard in all their restaurant. The cook need to learn how to cook steak. The bone in rib eye didnt look at all like the picture, it was not double marbled as described and was not cooked properly. The service was good.
Outstanding. From my server Ben, to the proprietor, who was in an apron and working just as hard as anyone else else, my family and I couldn’t have had a better experience. We went late, about 15 minutes before closing on a Tuesday night, though we didn’t realize how late it was until late into our meal. The staff had to be ready to leave but never once acted it, the food was outstanding, and we were extremely well taken care of. Kudos to the owner, the manager, the cooks, and the rest of the staff – we couldn’t have had a better experience and we’re grateful for it.
It’s been a week. And unfortunately i ended up eating dinner at a chain……This late in the week with 1000+ miles under my belt I would have been OK eating at a Taco Bell.We ended up at Outback, seated immediately. The waiter was a bit surly when inquired about the beer selection. We ordered wings as the appetizer, they we actually tasty….the only drawback salty as hell.Dinner ranged from steaks to chicken and everyone seemed to finish their meal. Our server remained surly, but he was attentive and after all at a chain what else could you hope for. fricksworld.blogspot.com
A pound of salt, anyone?. I had not been to Outback for a few years and will not be going again unless it is requested by our Norwegian visitors. Our first cocktail orders were fine, The second round were nothing but mixers. My Grilled Shrimp Caesar Salad was LOADED with salt and G A R L I C. A little salt goes a long way, as does garlic. My son’s ribeye was cooked to perfection but so salty he could not eat it and would not even take it home to his dog. He mentioned this to the server–nothing.. A little later a woman came by, did not identify herself and asked if she could clear the empty plates. After she left we thought she might have been the manager, but feel she should have identified herself and made it clear why she came by the table. What a disappointment! At least the camaraderie was great!
Predictible and good. After 9 weeks traveling, I was looking for a restaurant I knew would have good meat and the Outback did not disappoint. Located within a stones throw of our hotel, we decided to give this Outback a try. Although the prime rib was more medium than medium rare – unusual for an Outback – everything else was the same as any other Outback. The wedge salad, ribs and fries were all very good. Unlike another reviewer, we found the service professional and the restaurant clean.
I’ll stick to bonefish. Could have paid the same price for a better experience
Waiting Outside :). We had about an hour wait. The weather was nice and warm. Plus one of our servers brought us out FREE blue onion appetizers and something to drink! Great experience!
