Extremely overpriced, not bad, not good, definitely not Chinese.Server was new, slow, never refilled coffees at end of meal. Surf and turf had 6 small squares of beef, some fried shrimp, and the asparagus was just stems, tipless.
Not good. I’ve been to PF Chang’s a few times and was never impressed, but this last visit will probably keep me from ever going back. The server got my order wrong. When I got the correct item, tofu lo mein, it was really greasy and the only flavor it had was a burnt taste. The server also mixed the sauces they bring to the table and made them inedible. Of course the server insisted I keep the other wrong dish (which was nice) then gave us a free appetizer (also nice). However, as a result we left with more food than we ate while we were there and ended up throwing it out because it wasn’t good.
I love this place! The prices are a little higher than I’d prefer, but it is great for a special date night if you want Asian food. Will be going back!
Great Food and Great Service. This last week I made my first stop in at PF Chang’s and LOVED IT!! The Kung Pao Chicken was fantastic and the Crispy Green beans delicious to no end. Rarely does a restaurant grab my attention as this GREAT but Chang’s did and I highly recommend for everyone to go there today! It is just about my favorite place to dine in Knoxville, it is that good folks.
Great Food, Terrible Service. It was quite busy so we knew there would be a wait, but it took 30 minutes to get our appetizers and then our main course came out 2 minutes later. The food was wonderful but the service was terrible. Our waiter pretty much abandoned us, others brought our food and he refilled our drinks maybe once. The steamed pot stickers were wonderful and my girlfriend’s beef and broccoli was the best I have ever tasted. At the end, our waiter bagged mine all nice and pretty but just put hers in a box and left it in front of her. We really appreciate good service and were not at all pleased with our server.
Great lettuce wraps! Reasonably priced appetizers.
