We were driving through Knoxville and stopped for a delicious lunch. The staff is so kind and friendly, the food is fresh, and we found Turkish supplies in the market (salep drink mix!) that we haven’t been able to find elsewhere. We ordered the doner and veggie platters to share with a side of grape leaves and got to sample just about everything on the menu. Highly recommend and if we were local we’d be regulars here.

Great food, great store, nice people. Having come from Jacksonville where the Middle Eastern cuisine is copious and high quality, I have had a hard time finding it here. Well, I found it. Since I make some dishes at one, it is good to find a good supplier of key ingredients, also.
The food is always made fresh to order. The Sharwma is sliced fresh daily. Hands down, the best Sharwma wrap I’ve ever had! I absolutely love the homemade house salad dressing, the owner says it’s his secret recipe, but I would love to know the ingredients. 🙂 The portions are large and the prices are an exceptional value. I love the fact that I can also grocery shop while I am there, but actually the food comes out so quick there is not much time. 🙂

The Food is Deliicious!. This is a little market tucked away in a shopping area with just a few tables. The owners are very friendly and inviting. Before they started serving food, we used to stop in for the baklava and found it was some of the best we ever had. When they told us they were going to start serving food, we were eager to give it a try and we were not dissappointed. You order at the counter, sit at a little plastic table, then the food comes out and it is exceptionally tasty! The impression I get is that I am eating someone’s home cooking, and that person is an excellent cook. I have had most of the dishes before, but they have a slightly different spin and are very well prepared. The quantity of food is large, and the prices are very reasonable. I can honestly say that I don’t think I have ever had a better plate of food than the veggie platter at that price. D.H., Knoxville
