Great food…great value. If your looking for great SOUL food, no better place in Knoxville. Breakfast or lunch…only wish there was dinner!
Nice Cafe. I don’t get to Knoxville in the early AM, but today brought me into town for a few errands. Stopped by and ordered Sami’s Breakfast Special–Two Eggs over easy, country fries, bacon and some of the best wheat toast I have had in awhile. My eggs were perfectly cooked but I must admit the bacon was a little dry and tough. Great coffee and would return for another visit next time in Knoxville. whstonemandining.blogspot.com
Looked for good place to relax good food cooked the way we had growing up. Every bit what we wanted extra friendly service. Will return and highly recommend.

Kudos for Sami’s Cafe. What a comfortable eatery for W. Knoxville. We dined there around 10:00 am 11/13/12. We had the 2 egg vegetable omelet and gravy biscuit. Our breakfast was served hot from the stove and was very tasty. At $5.75, an uncomparable deal in W Knox. They are not Starbucks and coffee ain’t their thing, just great breakfast served hot and fresh. Will be back for more breakfasts and to try their lunches! It’s 11/26 and my wife and I have dined there twice more. Freshest eggs, crispy hickory smoked bacon, cheesy omelets. Yummmmmm. Got to try lunch sometime.
Great choice for breakfast. I at e there this morning on the recommendation of my dr’s nurse. I ordered a regular breakfast of bacon, eggs, toast and homefries. Potatoes were real potatoes, not the frozen kind(should have asked for onions if I had knows), eggs were done perfectly and the bacon was excellent. Which reminds me I forgot to ask where they get it. Anyhow, my only complaint was the toast was texas toast, not toasted but grilled on the grill. Disgusting to put jam on……yuk!! Hope they change this. I will definitely return when in Knoxville
