We got here was told a 10-15 minute wait. No big deal they have a full house. We got sat at a table took 9 minutes to get anyone to take our drink order. Wasn’t even the server in that section either. There were 6 dirty tables a wait list and no one to clean the tables. The manager was running the register, seating people, running food, and busing tables.
I’ve been to Steak ‘n Shake a few times before. It is decent enough for what it is. This particular one we waited for a full hour for grilled cheese and burgers for a family of four. They were understaffed and run by teens. Not really their fault.
This place is such a let down. I’ve gone there twice before 1:00 a.m. and it was closed! They used to be 24 hours and now the website says they close at 1:00 a.m. but this is false. What a waste
Another place where I actually like the burgers. I don’t really like beef. But I love the burgers here! I usually get the portobello mushroom and swiss cheese burger and I love it. I love their little fries. They’re so delicious. I used to go here a lot when I was a kid, but we stopped going because the service at this particular location wasn’t that great. It has since changed tremendously. My boyfriend and I come here often because we’re obsessed with the 50’s diner atmosphere, and he’s a huge milkshake fan. We also love mixing flavored syrups in our sodas. He likes cherry coke mixed with vanilla Dr. Pepper… what a combo! Every time we go, we get the best waitresses. They are so friendly, and the service is super quick. We absolutely love it.

Banana shake is imitation flavored. Not even real bananas in the shake. Terrible tasting imo. Manager gave refund
My Favorite Burger Place. I went to snsknox.com to get my BOGO FREE Double Steakburger coupon. Now they are twice as good! I also love the 1/2 price Happy hour for shakes.
