Been to the one in Bristol and it was horrible. After going to this one it was what I remember the food tasting like when I was younger. The food was very good, my kids and I got our food fairly quick while my wife was waiting for quite a while. The waitress was very apologetic for her wait and did let us pick a shake each for free so at least they were trying. In all it was a much better experience than the one in Bristol and we will be back, as it is a decent cheap place for burgers and shakes.
I have been to this Steak & Shake twice in the last month. On both trips I used the men’s restroom to wash my hands. The restroom was nasty and dirty. Looking around I can tell that all that is being done is trash is being empty. It makes me wonder what the kitchen looks like. I am so disappointed at the filth I seen. The smell was disgusting. Clean up your store or shut it down.
