The decor of the restaurant is quite exquisite. The waiter I had was very knowledgeable with Thai food and culture. The sushi was very good, although the nigiri was slightly expensive for the quality. Will definitely come back again.
My Drink Was Almost $9!?????. I ordered a drink and if I had poured it out of the glass it may have been a shot. I was the same price as my meal. I was extremely annoyed and even more so that I was charged for my soda water. The redeeming quality was the staff. Our waiter Eric was WONDERFUL!!!
Very good sushi- and you can’t best the half price deal they have! Good food and good service as well.05 Apr, 2014So awesome- and great service!
Definitely go for half price sushi. You can get a decent roll for $2.50, and nice rolls for $5. Nice place and definately worth the price.
You Want Thai Food – Lek’s in Montgomery, AL. I ate lunch with my wife today–ordered the Thai Noodles [variation of Pad Thai]. A bit disappointed as the peanut sauce was thick and overall dish was quite bland–not characteristic of any other Thai restaurant I have tried.Wait staff was slow–brought the water and didn’t ask if we wanted anything else to drink.I saw a couple of reviewers mention Surin’s review in Birmingham. I’m originally from Alabama and the best Thai there is Lek’s Railroad Thai [Montgomery]. He also has a restaurant in Birmingham.
Not for me. I’ve ate food all over Thailand , in restaurants and on the streets . As far as authentic Thai food , I’ve never been served food like this . It seems like they try harder on being fancy than concentrating on the taste of the food . There’s one guy ( he may be the manager) that seems to patrol the dining area like a security guard , sort of makes you nervous when you eat . It would be nice to see him crack a smile every now and then . One bright spot is the beef salad at lunch is pretty good .
Had a groupon… Received great service, food was excellent. Tiger cry sauce is out of this world!
