Steak. They catered a party for the company I work for. They didn’t pre-pare the steaks, and most were really cold in the middle and cooked on the outside! They defenantly didn’t know what they were doing and these were some high dollar steaks… nice big thick ones. A lot of steaks went to waste because they were very under cooked inside and the outsides were eaither burnt or looked cooked and the inside was eaither very chunky and chewy. Had they prepared the steak before cooking it, it would have been tender and juicy but instead it was awful. I hate that but these arent the people for steak!
