Spent extra time at the counter to confirm dairy free food and several yogurt sauces arrived at my table, leaving me to question if they even understood my allergy requests to begin with. Manager came over after minimal complaint, but didn’t offer to make things right. Very dissapointing experience for the vegan crowd!!
12/10/16 – Tandur is an interesting concept. All food is cooked to order (a plus from a typical buffet style Indian restaurant). I ordered a baseline meal, chicken tikka marsala, basmati rice, and garlic naan. The CTM is spiced perfectly and smooth as silk. The garlic naan is excellent. We also ordered an appetizer of okra fries – first time, pretty good. The food is good, portions are small. I’d like to see another ladle of CTM and some more rice added for $10.
