Food is good… But there is nothing special about the Cheesecake Factory. The quality is certainly not commensurate with the price. Cheesecake Factory is way over hyped.
Lousy service by the server and the shift manager. I have been a few times to the Cheesecake Factory and I’ve been a fan but NO more. Lousy service from the waiter and the manager.The waiter didn’t mention/forgot about the birthday which is why we were there and miss handled and forgot other things. I mentioned this to the manager on shift and he seemed to listen but no follow and the waiter acted like nothing had happened … really. An 11 year old boy is disappointed and my wife’s meal is unsatisfactory and that’s okay. Not to me.

Excited About Eating!. Recently, my family visited the Cheesecake Factory in Knoxville, TN, on a Saturday night, butdecided not to wait two hours. This weekend, we stopped in again, earlier this time. The 2-hourwait ended up only being one hour. Although jammed, service was attentive, yet we had plentyof time to savor our meal.The Fried Calamari appetizer was crispy and chewy, just the way we like it. Perfectly spiced, andpaired well with the garlic dip.Since we planned to order cheesecake, we shared the Four Cheese Pasta: penne pasta,mozzarella, ricotta, romano, and parmesan cheeses, marinara sauce and fresh basil, and optedfor the fried chicken add-on. The four cheeses blended well together, but the highlight was thechicken, tender and moist, thin strips with just the right amount of breading. The ample servingsize was plenty for sharing.I chose Craig’s Crazy Carrot Cake Cheesecake and Dora ordered Chris’s Outrageous Cheesecake.This is a cheesecake factory, so you know the cheesecake was great. Worst Dining Room in Knoxville. It’s mind blowing there is a wait to eat here! As previous reviews have stated, the 4 tops are very small, but if you have a party of two they have cattle style seating where you are right next to another party and there is a huge mirror so everyone can stare at each other during dinner service. I actually had two women wave at me lol. This place is all about making you wait. Our buzzer went off and we stood in another line with three parties ahead of us and waited once again to be seated. Food took entirely too long. Food is overpriced and average quality. The broccoli had no seasoning and was under cooked. Price is 4.99 for this side! Cheesecake is excellent and should be at a whopping 7.00+ per slice. There is no way I will ever return to eat here unless it’s free.
Everything Good, except the food. Got good service, Good setting, but the food was not very good and left me bloated and indigestion for hours.
Flamingogrl. I dined with friends last night and the entire experience was wonderful! The food quality was outstanding, service was good, and atmosphere lively. I will certainly be going back often. I encourage others to give it a chance or a second chance!
