Never made it past the phone call.. Someone recommended The Cup to me, so I called to set up an appointment for a tasting. Mary Francis, whom I assume is the owner, seemed more inconvenienced than anything about speaking with me. Her phone manners leave much to be desired. Not the best way to lure in new customers. She will not have to worry about my business. There’s much to be said about good customer service. Best cupcake in town? Ill never know. But I bet I can find one just as good and be treated better.

Good cupcake. Usually these places have a mediocre cupcake with mountains of frosting, but they do a really good job on the cake. Honestly, $2.75 is cheaper than most cupcake places. Only negative is the pretty limited selection.
