Great food & service. The ice cream is to die for. It’s a quant establishment that is locally owned which is very unique these days. Best place ever for the family to get ice cream on a hot afternoon.

Yes, I’m a repeat Customer!!. We stumbled on Twisters by accident after moving to the area a few years ago. It was just what we expected. The main focus is yummy deserts and the food menu has a wide variety of entrees, sandwiches and sides. Daily text specials are a great value. No, they are not a fancy upscale restaurant. Yes, they are a small busy eatery and the prices are in line with all the other locals. The atmosphere is friendly and the service is great. We usually eat there once a week or so. For those who have had a bad experience, give it another try.
My experience was terrible here. Was treated horribly and the food was awful. I would not waste my time or money on this place again. Will be telling my family & friends how bad this place is. Worst place in Knoxville to eat.
Horrible service!!! Staff not friendly at all. Owners could care less about you opinions. Food was below average extremely over priced and wait time really long for frozen foods. NOT KID FRIENDLY. Was told to go to McDonalds if wanted kid friendly environment. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE A WORTHLESS HUMAN BEING. Very bad experience
Overpriced Menu. The menu here is extremely overpriced. Our bill was over $30 for a small amount of food that tasted ‘fair’, at best. We could have eaten at a much nicer restaurant for what it cost us here, AND had leftovers to take home with us! We thought that since this was a small local business that we would support them by eating there. We will not be back again.
