Im in town tonight for a business trip so a coworker and I stopped by for the night. We got here around 5:30 to have some food and drinks, and ended up staying to watch the Duke vs Virginia Tech basketball game. After the game was over, we intended to have one more drink and then go home. After we had ordered our last drink, the manager came up to us and said that even though we werent causing any trouble, that there was a red flag on our account and we couldnt order any more alcohol. Mind you, we had been there for several hours and werent at all drunk. This was literally the first time I had ever been kicked out of a bar for spending too much money. I will never visit another Twin Peaks again.
Food was mediocre, service was lousy and while we were in the middle of eating our dinner they randomly sat another group of two at our table that seats 4. Talk about awkward! We had friends that were planning to join us for drinks and we had to text them not to bother. The manager insisted that it was busy and they were stacking all the tables which was interesting because the other tables of two that had arrived before us weren’t required to share. I guess this establishment cares more about making money than providing an experience. 4 thumbs down, will not return

Good beer selection and even decent whiskers, albeit a touch overpriced and very carefully measured……. I can live with that. What I do have issue with is the complete lack of customer focus by the staff. The girls are pretty and dressed to evoke a certain reaction (Hooters….), but I would prefer customer service over young girls who refuse to disengage from cell phones long enough to actually properly serve clients. That’s all I got. Any review of food is meaningless after witnessing six servers having a private personal conference with cell phones in hand while my food order was yet to be taken.
BBQ nachos are chips with a lot of BBQ sauce. Not good. Staff with a lot of tattoos. Not good. Blackhorse beer, brownie dessert great.
