I love Maddio’s pizza and salads! My goal is to try every pizza they make at least once. I like that they offer something sweet on their menu. Their customer service is always a 10!
This location has declined considerably in both quality of food and service since opening. How they can take fresh ingredients and make a pizza taste like a frozen pizza bought at a supermarket is beyond me. The entire staff all look like they haven’t had a shower or shaved in a week along with wearing clothes that look just as dirty. Their customer service skills are lacking and they act as they wished they were somewhere else. One of the worst dining experiences I’ve had.Food 1Service 1Atmosphere 4Value 3Overall 1
Maddio’s Pizza has easily become our go to pizza place. Everything we’ve had there has been delicious, and they have the best soft bake chocolate chip cookies around!! Also, Maddio’s frequently does events during the school year to raise money for a local elementary school, which I love to see local businesses doing!
Extremely fast!. I’ve never had a fresh pizza made and cooked this fast! Greek salad is excellent and a value at 2.99. Gluten free crust is an option for 2.00 more. Considering there is no server, you save another 18 percent.Definitely recommend.

Good. It’s in the new Northshore Town Center at Northshore Dr and Pellissippi. It’s like Qdoba, Chipotle, Salsaritas, where you tell them what you want on your pizza as you go down the line. They have a lot of good options and the variety is enough to please everyone. It’s a good price as well. It’s their first location in Tennessee.
Got pizza and salad. Food was food. They are still working the bugs out, service-wise — they are having trouble keeping orders connected to customers.
