The Pho here is legit; consistent noodle texture and fresh tasting broth and toppings. The service here has never been a problem for me. As good as the Pho is, my personal fave is the Ca Chien Sot Ca, a fish dish with fresh cucumber, cilantro, and a wholesomely delicious tomato sauce.
It’s Really a $$ Restaurant. Prices are closer to the $$, but still very affordable. The Pho is as low as $8.95 and run as high as $10. The other entrees run from $10-$15. Looking forward to eating at Viet Taste. Heard great reviews!
This place ROCKS!. We found ourselves in Knoxville last week. For lunch, we went to Viet Taste as a party of three. The restaurant is attached to a mall type center. The interior is clean and bright. Our waiter was informative and attentive. All three of us ordered different Pho and just one Banh Mi appetizer. Huge bowls of pho were presented to us along with a generous plate of assorted fresh veggies. The Thai bail was just picked perfect. This pho was truly well balanced and delicous. We all agreed the Banh Mi was perfectly tasty.Move over Chicken Soup! This Pho is the reigning cure-all for hangovers, hurt feelings and most of all, hunger. Well done, Viet Taste!
Fantastic! Fast service even during the holidays. Friendly servers. Clean but not fancy. We got three different meals and everyone in our party thought all of them were delicious (we shared). We will definitely return!
Great Food. This is the same owner that ran Vietnamese Bistro in Turkey Creek. Great food and the portions are very generous…most of the noodle and rice dishes can be split between two people. Highly recommend the 7.1 noodle dish.
Ahhhhh… Glad they are here!. I love Bun Ga Nuong Cha Gio and all the Pho soups. Clean and tasty food.
Tasty indeed. Great experience. Food was fresh, and seafood was good quality. The meals we had were not too heavy, so we left feeling healthy. Service was great as well. Will definitely go back.
