We had a party of 6 and from the start we ran into communication difficulties. To start we had to ask 3 people to clean the chairs. The bathrooms were dirty and overran with trash, the chef was good and entertaining. However, the entire table (six people outside of our party) never had drink refills. When the chef was completed we waited for the waiter and asked 2 different servers if they could get him. Another 10 minutes went by with multiple people trying to flag him down. When every attempt failed someone from the party went to complain to management. When our bill finally arrived we asked to speak to the manger and take at least the drinks off the bill..we explained what had happened and his response was I know I just heard from that lady. But, I don’t know what to do. After asking for the very least to have the drinks removed he said he w would but never made a suggestion to do so and stars again I don’t know what to do.
Tonight I ate at Wasabi Steakhouse Bearden Hill. As soon as I was seated at my table, I noticed an ant crawling around the table top. I didnt think anything of it and just went about my order. After finishing most of my soup, I look at my next spoonful and to my surprise I find a big dead fly lying in it. After approaching the manager (Kevin), he became very rude and quickly tried taking the bowl away from my hands which I would not allow. He began calling me a liar and also said maybe you planted it there. After a few times of saying that there was a bug in my soup he came out and said please I dont want you scaring other customers. Overall just a terrible and disgusting experience. Be careful what youre eating.
