You pay for food not decor. For me the best places to eat are the ones where you get great food and service. Bamboo is one of those places. I have been getting food from there for all most 10 years and the food has always been great, with an abundant portion and a staff that is glad to see you. Bamboo is a hidden gem tucked away in La Vergne.
