My wife and I have been searching for authentic Italian pizza since we travelled to the Ripa dOrcia, Tuscana and we finally found it! Wood-fired, light and flavorful ingredients on and thinner crispy crust. This is the real deal. The only thing that could improve is the arrangement to round tables for more cozy seating. Worth the scenic drive along the river.
Tuck into the mountain side overlooking the Tennessee River. This is a great place to enjoy the view with a bottle of wine made onsite and a slice of very very good pizza and other great food. The pizza is made in an 800 degree wood fire oven and has a great taste with authentic imported ingredients.
