Salty salty salty. The BBQ sandwich I received from the drive thru today was so salty that it wasn’t edible. The quessadilla we ordered was hard and rubbery as well. I tried to call the Maryville restaurant as soon as I got to my destination, there has been no answer yet. I wasted $20 on food we couldn’t eat. I’m usually not that picky. However, what has happened to quality, consistency, and customer service? Twenty dollars is a lot to pay someone for no usuable product.
Took Forever. As the third car from the order microphone at 12:15 am, I never dreamed my clock would say 1:00 am when I received my food. Why wait that long? I was hungry for a burger and Five Guys was closed.
The food is probably of a slightly higher quality than McD’s, BK, Wendy’s… That and the menu variety is about it has going for it. We’ve been twice and it’s not my intention to go back.
This is the nastiest burger I remember having. Fries were soggy and I only received four onion rings.
Delicious. Best cheeseburger and fries I’ve ever had!
Too small. Too crowded, too busy to serve, too busy to get it right! Folding card tables are a really bad idea! The line is long, the burgers are marginally better than anywhere else. Similar to In N Out. Fries are not as good.
