The most tender, succulent, savory fillet I have eaten anywhere. Cooked to perfection and perfectly seasoned, every course had its own character and reason to make this a favorite restaurant to revisit every time I visit the area.
Always Exceptional. Foothills is my favorite restaurant in the Knoxville area. It fills up on the weekends, so book ahead of time. The staff is wonderful, and attentive! My sister is a vegetarian, and the chef prepared a special (and delicious) meal for her. Excellent every time.
Special Anniversary Dinner. My husband and I enjoyed our first dinner at the Foothills Milling Company for our 43rd anniversary celebration. The dinner was exceptional – our server, Melanie, was friendly, even encouraging us to have our leftovers boxed to go.We had a little mishap with a cup of coffee, resulting in our tablecloth being soaked. The staff was great, handling it all in stride, and ensuring us that it was not an issue for them.We’ll definitely be back!

Excellent food. This hidden gem is one of the best restaurants in East Tennessee. Excellent menu with just the right size portions. Everything was delicious. I plan to go back there next chance I get.
