Foothills serves, in my opinion, the best results available in East Tennessee’s culinary landscape. The ingredients, execution, and service are consistently at an exemplary level and you will be hard pressed to find better around these parts. Reservations are a must or you wont be dining.
Everything was wonderful! Great service! Food was exceptional! Fine dining but reasonably priced. We live 8 hours away but we will be back! Recommend reservations at least a week or more in advance.

The food is fantastic. The atmosphere is very comfortable and cozy. We go for every special occasion that comes our way. Birthdays, anniversary, Tuesday…
