This place is fun and unique! You’re eating in an old converted gas station for goodness sake! The pulled pork is some of the best I’ve ever had. The sides particularly the mac & cheese are excellent. If you like BBQ and want something out of the ordinary then this is the place. Highly recommend checking it out.
Really, really bad.. DO NOT. I repeat DO NOT waste your money here like I did. Wife ordered pork nachos and chips were STALE and pork was cold and dry. I am from Texas so I ordered brisket. What a joke! Dry, salty, bland and over smoked. The sauce was pure salt. Very disappointing. Threw it all away. Couldn’t even finish it.
Really really bad. Smelled the smoke and stopped in to try. I am originally a Texas boy so I know BBQ. DO NOT. I repeat DO NOT go there and waste your money like I did. Wife got pork nachos. Chips were stale. Pork was dry and cold. I got brisket. It was dry, salty and OVERLY SMOKED. The sauce was a salt lick. Way overpriced for this real LACK of quality. Threw it all away. Couldn’t even finish it. Very disappointing.
A clear winner. The only truly Authentic BBQ in Blount county and from my experience, Knox county also. I would go here every time over Calhouns. Very friendly staff and fair prices. A winner
Deserves a higher rating!. My family loves this place! We think it deserves a MUCH higher rating. The pulled pork is spectacular and the banana pudding is sublime.
Combo. Full service gives coupons for combos. That is my question–what are the combos?
Lame.. Nothing good to say. I ordered ‘2 bones’ with a side of beans and cole slaw for $8.25. I received a box with their end of day scraps in it. I’m still in shock. The meat was charred, dried out and hard. I can’t imagine serving that to anyone as a meal. Then, I call to let them know I was missing items and they inform me they’re closed but I can come back for the rest of my meal another day. Really?? No thanks, keep that $8.25 and take some customer service classes
