So-so for Specialty Cupcakes. These cupcakes are alright. Nothing memorable. Maybe a slight upgrade to what you can get at Kroger’s or Walmart. The batter is definitely boxed cake mix. Perhaps if you haven’t had a truly gourmet cupcake, you may think these are great. If you’ve been to Gigi’s in Gatlinburg, you won’t be impressed with KupKatie’s.
