We stopped in at Lamberts for the very first time yesterday for lunch. The folks working there were kind and lovely, so patient with us as we perused their menu; and later, checking to see that we had all we need and were having a good meal. They let us sample their chicken salad, which is quite yummy. We ordered their chicken salad croissant, homemade chicken pot pie (which is most definitely homemade!), turkey sandwiches, and two slices of pie. All were tasty and satisfying. And I was pleasantly surprised to see that they have a kids menu that includes their choice of sand which, side, a drink, and a cookie for $4.95. Good deal! This place is clean and sweetly decorated, with good, homemade food and friendly staff. What a delightful little restaurant!

Their look great in pictures. But that’s all I have to base this review on. We have tried on 3 separate occasions to go, every time the have been closed as far as 1.5 hours early. It quite annoying to plan to go somewhere and every time you are greeted with a locked door.
