I’ve eaten at Osaka a couple of times for lunch and they’ve got the best chicken hibachi in the area (since Toyoma closed in Farragut). And, it’s so much food for the price paid. The shrimp sauce is also very good.I highly recommend Osaka for anyone who is seeking the best hibachi around.
I placed a to go order through the drive thru that was supposed to take 25-30 minutes. Without being notified or even have someone be somewhat apologetic about the situation when I arrived, it took an extra 20 minutes, only to wait for cold food. When I asked to speak to a manager…I was told that one wasn’t there, and when I asked for a refund, I was told that my order hadn’t been sitting there as long as I thought it had, and that a refund wouldn’t be possible. I know how to tell time and I know how long I had to wait, the fact that the employee tried to lie about the time frame and also argued with me about a refund, was very disrespectful. I usually don’t do reviews or get upset about these things because I’ve worked at a restaurant before, but it was the attitude of the employee that I dealt with that put me over the edge. I will go elsewhere from now on, and I will be sure to let anyone I come across know they might want to do the same as well!
