7/24/2017 – I really don’t know what to say. The food looks Mexican, but is bland. The chairs are flared out making it hard for people to sit beside one another. The restaurant’s A/C must not have been working – it was hot as Hades. Not impressed.
Solid Mexican option. I am not overly impressed with anything here taste wise but I have never had anything that was sub par at all. The customer service here is worth a half a star at least; they are attentive and responsive at all times here. Portions are impressive considering the amenable menu pricing. The lunch specials are insanely cheap. This place has more of a family atmosphere vibe, than some of the Mexican places around here.

Not sure what has changed but we had fast and friendly service. Food very tasteful and served hot. Reasonable priced for the food received.
Meh.. Tried this place once–haven’t been back. Substandard quality. They were out of several items we tried to order and when it came to dessert, we ordered the chocolate chimi; they prepared it minus two of the ingredients listed right on the menu, and tried to pass it off as the usual fare. Really disappointing from a place with a cool name like Panchos.
Horrible service!! After waiting 35 min for our food when we finally got it it was cold an our server didn’t seem like he cared about any of his tables we didn’t even get straws for our kids drinks until we asked the cashier. Will never go back
Some of the best Mexican food I ever had!. The Employees here make you feel right at home and since I am a regular I can tell you the food is well above average and is economically priced. Should definately be in the Maryville/ Alcoa’s top 10 restaurants.
