The quality of the food was better than average. The service was the issue. Our salad order was wrong. When we informed the waitress, she immediately responded with an attitude. We waited on the salad for 20 minutes, and it never arrived. The main course was served, so we informed the waitress that we no longer wanted the salad, which was an extra charge. The manager visited our table and began to argue about the salad. It was the worst display of customer service we have ever seen. We definitely wont visit Sullivans again.
The salads were old tasting and flavorless. The flounder was okay, minus the constant distraction of having to wave flies and gnats off of food. This made me wonder, given the dim lighting, how dirty the restaurant would be in bright light. Service was almost adequate. I had to leave the table to request a lemon, after having been left alone for over fifteen minutes. Unfortunately, this is the best experience I’ve had there. Will not be back.
