  Average food but good cheese burger. Lunch menu prices slightly higher than expected. No smoking during lunch so that’s best time to escape cancer crowd 🙂

  Sensitive Non-Smokers Beware. Yes, the Waterfront does allow smoking, and it says so on the door (they do have a non-smoking section). If this bothers you go somewhere else and stop whining about it: there are at least 200 other restaurants in Blount County that will cater to your needs in this regard.For those who don’t mind the fact that it is a smoking establishment, the Waterfront offers decent food at a reasonable price served by a friendly staff.I have tried many of the menu choices and have never received a bad meal. The flavor of the food I have tried there has always been good and fried items like fries, onion rings, wings, etc. have always been hot and fresh tasting.I don’t normally frequent bar/grills but I do like the Waterfront and typically eat there about once a month. And yes, I am a smoker and enjoy lighting up after my meal and/or coctail.

  THE BEST!!!. They have the best cheese fries and the chicken philly is the best I have ever had!!!

  Hack, hack, cough, cough!. It seems the big draw here is that they cater to smokers. If you want to taste your food try elsewhere. We left with our clothes stinking from smoke. Had to wash up and change clothes when we got home.

  Too Much Smoke. Could not enjoy the food for the cigarette smoke. Almost everyone eating was smoking. That should tell you that they are not there for the taste of the food.
