Great food and atmosphere. The ribs are the best I’ve had and my wife’s brisket wrap was superb. Jim the GM is both professional and personable. Had a great conversation with him and he knows how to treat customers. Try the blueberry cobbler !!

Went here because of being on a business trip in McMinnville. Great little place downtown. Fast friendly service would highly recommend. Food was fantastic!
We selected Collins River on the basis of TripAdvisor reviews. We were not disppointed. The ribs and the wrap were very good.
