Worst Customer Service. The first time we visited the restaurant they were out of the Philly Cheese Stake, out of ice and the soda was hot (no CO 2 either). The cashier was very dismissive to us. We received our order and left. We decided to give them a second chance a few weeks later. We walked to the counter (same cashier as before). She gave me eye contact but didn’t say anything. So I said hello. The cashier said, ‘Do you know what you want to order? ‘. We left without ordering. The cashier was very rude and obnoxious for no reason. I will never patronize this establishment again…All Star Hot wings on Kirby.
Call in ordering line needs to improve. I called my order in at 7:50pm I was leaving for lunch at 8pm when I arrive at 8:20 I had to wait 15 minutes before my order was cooked really when I called in the guy told me 15 mins I mean get it together people my order should have been ready once I walked in very poor customer service today
Great wings (served whole by the way) — some of the best I’ve had in memphis. Tender inside, crispy outside. I got the honey hit sauce, which was a good blend of sweet and spicy. I’ll go back to this place again.
Delicious Philly cheesesteak! Well worth the money.
