Big City Hot Dogs in Memphis. I work near Blues City Hot Dogs. The other day I noticed it was open and stopped in for a quick dog. I thought it would be a hot dog cart with walls, but boy was I wrong. There were over 10 specialty dogs, if your not the mustard only type. They also had a dog of the month, the Octoberfest dog. I asked if I could make my own, and the owner said for sure. So i went with a Pretzel bun, a nathan hot dog, chili cheese and onions. It was honestly yummy and I scrapped up every bite of chili off my plate. Good atmosphere and the best part is the prices. I recommend this place highly.
