Average Chinese buffet type food with soul food options. It’s cheap eats. Some of the food is bland for my taste. The chinese options are better IMO than the american options. Been a couple of times and been spoken to twice by an extremely overweight african american man sitting on the brick wall near the entrance door begging for money or a meal. I’m not sure why they allow it. He gives you a made up hard luck story each time. Don’t fall for it. Normally South Memphis/Whitehaven isn’t where I care to dine, only when my business calls for it.

Great For The Price. Dont let the location and the fact its buffet style fool you. I have been to lunch several times here and for $7 you get a choice of a complete Bar of fresh cooked home style cooking and a choice of a complete bar of fresh cooked Chinese style food. The selection of food is great and the taste is good and always fresh. I’m not going to try and say its outstanding but for what it is it is one of my favorite places to catch a cheap lunch. The staff are very friendly and stay on the ball. Its worth a try if you have never been.To sum it up I would give them a (B+) in food for verity. The service was Great for a Solid (B+) and the cleanliness was about a (B). This earns them a Solid (B+) overall in my book. The food and choices were Really Good For The Price! Its not in the best of area’s but safe for a awesome lunch!
