First Timer 901. The food was good but the Bartender was not attentive. She was too busy smoking cigarettes outside with her guy friend. Also she seemed annoyed when we asked questions about the different dishes. This was my first experience. I still left a tip but was not too happy with the service. It will be awhile before I return.
Really disappointed. Had steak and shrimp tonight. Flavor was great, but the hottest part of the dish was the boiled potato. Steak was just on the luke warm side, and shrimp was just shy of jerky. After reading the reviews I was expecting quite a bit more. It was certainly not worth $50 plus even with the wine. Sorry, but it will be a long time for another visit. And I know you really care.
Automatic Gratuity!. The food was just ok, nothing special, nothing to brag about. The service was fine for the environment. But what will keep me from ever returning was the fact that an automatic 18% gratuity is added to the check of a party of 2! I have no problem leaving tips, nice ones for great service. But when you take away my option & make it a requirement pisses me off!
Seafood is very fresh!! Love the Super Js seasoning!! 2 for 1 Margaritas and Long Island Teas from 2-7pm Mon-Fri. $12 Domestic Buckets and $16 Import Buckets!! Very friendly staff!!! Great place to watch Sports!!!
Not impressed. NOT IMPRESSED!!!! VERY DISSAPOINTED!! JUST LEFT WENT TONIGHT 4-1-14 Been hearing I should try JJs seafood and Bar….when I went in it was very big and spacious the bartender was playing a Golf game and was in no hurry to seat us we stood at the door for like 5 minutes didnt know if we were suppose to seat ourselves or what….finally the bartender came over sat us but acted like we were bothering him….didnt get a good vibe…we looked over the menu it was confusing and very pricey. ..we ordered a couple of shrimp bags they were overcooked and portions were small for the price and I ordered a crown and coke and it tasted like it didnt have hardly any crown in it…they gave us plastic silverware that was rolled up with paper towels as a napkin with a happy face circle sticker winking at us??..foam cups is what we drank our drinks out of weird for it to be so pricey. ..we rolled with it but really overall I wasn’t impressed…they had poker stuff going on which was nerve racking after a long work day…atmosphere was boring no tv’s were on but its suppose to be a sports bar…oh and the owner stopped by then left went to the bar and grabbed a beer and was walking around drinking then going in the kitchen thengoing up to the Golf Game to play with the BBartender. …just not professional by any means….then I saw a sign in the bathroom that says karaoke on Sunday nights…ughhhh im sorry im gonna be watching football on Sunday nights at a bar not listening to Karaoke. …ok that’s all I got im not going back….good luck if u go
Nice place, has a sports bar feel with great seafood bags to go with it. fresh shrimp and lobster, and they even had crawfish! had pool tables and a stage for karaoke as well
The atmosphere is great. Great place to hang out, sing karaoke, play pool, and eat great seafood at great prices. It has really great deals on beer and liquor drinks.
