Fantastic food; I’m looking forward to making my way through the menu. So far I’ve just had the etouffee-stuffed pistolet (deep fried sandwich, definitely knife-and-fork stuff). You can’t be afraid of salt at this place, but the seasoning is excellent. Prices are reasonable too.
