Nice Experience. My wife and I had a little apprehension on going to the restaurant, but we were both willing to check the place out. Our salads arrived and they were nothing less than very good and creatively made. The spring mix lettuce and other items were inside of a cleverly created cheese-type barrier (not a bowl). You could eat the barrier and it was very good.Our entrees were cooked about perfectly and that is saying a lot because I’m a picky eater. I do recommend having salt/pepper available, but I made it without the additional sodium so it was okay.Overall, a very good experience and we do recommend people trying this place out. We will be going back!

I represent a group that goes out each month to a different ethnic style restaurant to simply, try something different. Our group is never the same people. I’ve been here before and had an excellent experience. I’ll stress that this is a school. The food presentation was excellent, the service needs work, especially in the area of anticipating the guest’s needs. 15 of us showed, 10 sent their meals back concerning something. I don’t know if it was the tastes of the individual or if there was a problem with their food. Maybe a little of both, but this is an experimental cooking school. The staff will do everything they can to make the experience the best it can be. But, the majority of my group didn’t have a good experience. I say give them a try, they need that real life experience. I’ll be back again and again.
