  It’s okay but there’s better in Morristown. In Morristown you have people who love this place or they hate it. I’m kind of in the middle. Some things are good and some are not. I hate anything that has ground beef on it. Sounds bad but it honestly looks like dog food and the flavor is probably about the same. Their Pollo dishes are good and the Pollo Loco is my favorite. There’s a lot of Mexican restaurants in Morristown so this one is on the bottom of my list. You can buy beer but no Margaritas. There’s a new Mexican restaurant on W. Andrew Johnson Hwy called El Charritos and right now it’s one of my favorites. They have applied for their beer and liquor license so at least we’ll have a place in town to have a pitcher of margaritas and a frosty Tecate very soon. Give Caballo De Oro a try, you may be one that likes it.

  Consistently Good Food. I just moved into the area and found Caballo’s to be consistently really good Mexican food and while the service isn’t always the greatest, the chicken chimichungas (sp?) are well worth it! Give it a try.

  Good every time. Good food every time we’ve gone. The service isn’t consistently great but we overlook it, everyone can have an off day.

  Cheese dip. Caballo de Oro has the most amazing cheese dip! Their food is great too!
