Worst experience I have ever had at a Cracker Barrel. First of all let me say this is the dirtiest Cracker Barrel I have ever been to. Greasy floor, dust and trash under the tables and it just felt dirty. Second, we had to be asked to be waited on after they sat us down. Sat there for 10 minutes and no one checked on us. Third, they lost our order and we had to wait almost 30 minutes to get our food. Last but not least they tried to do some service recovery and offered us each a free desert of our choice but then brought us out ONE free brownie we did not even ask for and told us that was our free desert. AND the manager never came to talk to us one time to check on us or apologize. I would not recommend this Cracker Barrel to anyone. Just avoid it.
