Delicious Experience. Just had my first experience. It’s a new location in Morristown. They have two others locations. One in Rogersville and one in Church Hill. Had heard good things about the Rogersville location but never went. When they opened the Morristown restaurant I knew it was time to go try them out. As a transplanted Yankee from Chicago, I can offer up an educated opinion on what pizza is and what doesn’t pass for pizza. These folks make their dough for the pizza crusts daily. They use a good sauce and they don’t skimp on the ingredients. The crusts come in round, thin & crispy (Neapolitan) and square & thick (Sicilian).I and a guest (another transplanted Yankee) each ordered a large Neapolitan and were very impressed. The pizzas were delicious. We were thinking, wow, finally somebody doing real deal pizza. My wife, yes another transplanted Yankee, ordered one of the pasta plates from the menu. She ordered the Chicken Gardenara. It was a huge plate of delicious chicken breast, spinach, artichoke hearts, purple onion, fresh tomatoes chunks and fresh garlic over linguini pasta. When it came to the table all our eyes were on it. It smelled awesome (with all that fresh garlic) and looked tasty and was a huge portion. My wife enjoyed it so much that I think I will have to go back and try something other than pizza. The wait staff was super friendly and we all had leftovers to. enjoy later. Please try it for yourself. I’m sure you will be back!
