Bad Trifecta!!. Horrible service, bad food, dirty booth … this sums up our experience at Fulin’s. Amazed that they stay in business. Well I guess it takes all kinds of kinds!
The service was HORRIBLE.The waitress took 15 minutes to great us. She spilt hot soup in my lap. Seemed to try to avoid us the entire meal.The food was overpriced. We will definitly not be returning to Fulin’s.
The beef and garlic sauce was not supposed to be spicy, but was so spicy it was inedible. I spent $30 for food I could not eat! So sad.
Don’t go in after 8pm
4.5 STARS! Excellent decor, impeccable service, very tasty food fragrant with freshness….and u can’t get a lunch special like this for $7.95! I had the Steamed Chicken Potstickers as an appetizer and they were like Cheesecake Factory good! Then came the Kung Pao Shrimp and it was great! Using red bell pepper instead of green was genius! And it just tasted different than ur average kung pao which to me just tastes like gen. Cho sauce. Very refreshing from what u would normally get at any other Asian restaurant. KUDOS FULIN!
My first experience will be my last. The Appetizer (Calamari) was old and overcooked. It was sent back. Entree (Seafood Bird Nest) was wrong. Crab was imitation Crab. The menu did not mention this. There was two and a half scallops in the entire dish. Most of the Shrimp still had the full or half the shell still intact. I asked to hold the three veggies and received three different veggies.My child had the children’s Shrimp and noodles. One of the three shrimp had a peculiar taste. We left it on the plate.My wife’s Tempura tasted like it was made the day before. Then flash deep fried.The fried rice was good!…….when you added soy sauce to it.The wait Staff and Managment did not seem too troubled with the issues we were having with our food.For the prices this establishment is charging, you would think the food would be at least a little bit better than a Kiosk at a Mall Food court.
By the way… I’m a business owner and would never accept the arrogant self entitlement that the staff run around with at fulins.
