I Go to Hana Pretty Often. the Staff is Very Friendly and Helpful. They Also Deliver, Which is a Huge Plus. I love the sushi at Hana, so is hard to pick my favorite. My husband and son love the shaggy dog rolls. They are cooked rolls with a great sauce. Yum!
Terrible service and management. Hana sushi house in Mt Juliet is absolutely the worst service I have ever seen in my life. Please do not order from this place ever. The manager was so unprofessional I cancelled my order and refuse to order from them again. He straight up told me all I was after was free food. We ordered 40 dollars worth of food to be delivered and 2 hours later it never came. We called and they never got the order yet we had an email confirmation stating they did. His attitude was ridiculous, saying he would give us 10% off for our troubles. I told him that was sad and he said if I thought I could do better then go to wasabi or fulins. I cannot believe the audacity of this guy. This is what I get for not going to wasabi where they are always extremely nice.
I love the lunch special, three rolls for around 10$. Also Sundays is great for the half off rolls. To me the quality is good and the price is right.

Awful. Ordered 2 sushi rolls and it took them 2 hours to deliver it to my house. Sushi was warm, old and soggy. Been sitting in a car for over an hour i’m sure. Called to complain and get a refund and got the run around, broken English you’d expect when a problem comes up. Take your order in perfect English and once there is a problem its like your speaking pig latin. Was hung up on when i told them my sushi was bad and i couldn’t eat it. Didnt have any concern to make this right. Just took my money and gave me gross food. STAY AWAY from this place. Samari Sushi on west-end Nashville is the real deal sushi, not this gross dog food restaurant
My wife and I tried Hana last night. The place is small, but very well decorated. The staff was very friendly and attentive to us. We started with a simple avocado roll. It was average in taste, but was superb in presentation. We each had a hibachi dinner. She had chicken and I had the steak. The grill is in the kitchen, so no hibachi experience. The food was well presented with good portions. It could have had more flavor for us. There is much better hibachi out there. I would go back, but it wouldn’t be my first choice. We had no issues with our groupon. It was a pleasant experience.
NO!. I am was not happy with service or with the food, there are way better sushi places around town, I suggest finding one of those instead. I will not be back.
