Terrible service, placed an order for pick up 25 min in advance and still waited 15 min. Also over charged me for order. When confronted she got a severe attitude with me for no reason. If you don’t specify you want the lunch order when you order on lunch, she makes sure to charge you for the hefty dinner prices, even when you are there at lunch. Overpriced for mediocre food. Bad experience.
Great Place, Really Affordable. The service is good for a Asian restaurant where the owner and employees speak English as a second or third language, they are very nice and attentive but as expected understand very little.The food is amazing for the price, very good presentation, and their restaurant is probably one of the cleanest in Mt. Juliet.
TERRIBLE service. I went with my family for the first time on Saturday evening. It was only about half full in there, yet we had terrible service. Our servers name was Ann and barely spoke English and was rude the entire time. The hibachi was fantastic though and their sushi is subpar (if you want great sushi go to roll, wraps, and stix in hermitage) so I may go back one more time, but if the service is as terrible again nothing will make me come back.
Awesome!. We love this place. We frequent there often. The sushi is great, service is wonderful, and the hibachi is awesome. I would highly recommend to anyone. 🙂
Bad Food, Bad Service. Did we go on an off day? There was no one in the restaurant but the service was horrible. The food was gross and full of MSG. There are way better places!
