We were first time customers and will probably not try it again. Food quality was poor. Fried rice was bland and not appetizing. Beef broccoli and pepper steak just ok. Fried donuts were good, but not much else.
Have been china garden customers for 8 years, but last 2 food and service have gone downhill. Tonight we ordered our usual huge order of take out and got home without 2 orders of chicken fingers (the kids’ staple) I called to tell them and the woman told me she had put them in the bag, she asked me if I knew what a chicken finger looked like. Then she asked me to pack up all the food and bring it back. (As tho, if I were lying, I would put the chicken fingers back in?!) I refused and asked if she would make good this order. She said to come get them and hung up on me as I was thanking her. When I arrived to pick them up, she again insisted they had been in the bag to begin with, and held one up so I could see what it looked like. Then she asked if I wanted to buy some.Now I am at china wok waiting on chicken.

My roast pork fried rice had sucha minute amount of peas, carrots and onions this time that it was ridiculous. Theyhave been disappearing for a while now. I called to ask for a replacement orderand was told that the vegetables were in there. Maybe Sherlock Holmes couldfind them, but I could not. All they care about is getting the customers money. Ifyou have a problem, and you will, they will not make it right.
