I grew up in Louisiana with Church’s. I really want to make this place work, but wow. They’re really making it impossible for me. I’ve visited several times using both the drive thru and inside. Each time I tried to say the next time would be better. It’s only getting worse. This is probably the most poorly run fast food place I’ve ever visited. Ever. Really, really bad service. The drive thru is slow beyond belief. The staff are rude. Not just mildly rude, but their attitude tells you that they don’t want to deal with you. If you want more than 3 pieces, you can expect a 30 minute wait along with more attitude. It’s just bad. Really, really bad.
Hanging up on people. I have called these people 5 times today 11/23/14 @2:00pm. these people have hung the phone up on me every time I called them, they never found out what I wanted they would just answer the phone and then hang it up. I had a BIG order I wanted to place and by the hanging up the phone I had to call KFC. I just want to let y’all know just how much business you lost today by hanging up the phone. I wanted 200 peace’s of chicken so instead I went to KFC. either get someone that can answer the phone or shut down so no one will have to worry with y’all again.
