Never Again. I should have known better then to expect anything of quality from this establishment. The Saturday I went was the first and last time I will ever go near the Coconut Bay Cafe. The nights specials were $3.00 margaritas and $1.50 domestic drafts, ok sounds nice, lets get a margarita and a draft for my husband. There was absolutely no liquor in my margarita so I paid $3.00 for some mix and ice. The opinion on the absence of liquor was also noted by several friends. For the draft a friend got a Yuengling, America’s oldest beer, when the tab came it was $3.25 for a 10 oz plastic mug because according to the waitress ( who was either new or on drugs) it was not a domestic draft, uh yea….Needless to say I will not be returning to this establishment ever again and hope to see its demise in the near future.
Wouldn’t go back but not the worst. I wanted to give this place a chance despite some bad reviews I read. But it was pretty bad, like college kids making college food. I ordered the brownie sundae and she gave me a brownie with ice cream and no chocolate syrup as advertised. I guess if I was drunk and hungry it would be an average place. The sausage for the pizza is really weird. Wings were ok, nothing special. Place smells moldy. Long wait to get rung out even though it was pretty dead. Waitress was nice.
Socialize. This restaurant is a good place to have a couple of beers, sample the food and great place to socialize or to catch a game on television. Has a more younger college crowd feel to it. Almost like another version of Toot’s. Great place to just kick with friends with a round of beers. I recommend this restaurant.
Awesome Staff. These guys are super cool and I love coming here!! The wings are the bomb.com
