This restaurant started good, but has slowly gone downhill. On our last and final visit, the silverware was dirty, the cups that you get sesame seeds in were dirty and the drink that I was brought had something on the inside of the cup. The counters as you walked through the line were dirt as well. When I asked to speak with the manager on Friday night at 6pm, he conveniently was in a meeting. So I called two more times to reach him and each time he was in a meeting and never returned my call. I called the corporate office and never got a response. In addition to the uncleanliness, the service was exceedingly bad. I cannot blame the waitresses. It is obviously a management and possibly a company wide problem.

Admittedly, our food was very good. It’s a lot for $10. However, this place is filthy! Dirty rags all over the place (next to the food) and the tables are sticky and gross. Waitstaff sucked. I just think they need a new manager.
I have eaten Mongolian BBQ for many years. This place is a mess! Very dirty and the food mediocre at best for a ridiculously high price. Do not bother!
I really enjoy the fresh food of my choosing. Prep time is not long and folks are nice.
Just Great.. The food is great and the best part is you get you pick what foods and spices you want, and how much. The trick is to mash down your proteins and veggies so you can get as much in your bowl as possible. The bowls seem small, but once you get your starch (of your choice) you have a complete meal that will fill you up. I love the food and its always cooked fresh for you. I don’t mind waiting for fresh food! One of our favorite dinning spots. Shhh, don’t tell!!Unless you are starving, the single severing bowl will do you, but for an extra $3 you can get unlimited bowls. They need more of these places in Nashville!
