So So. Soul Food not at its best. I got the catfish which was cooked to order & when I seen it hell it had my mouth watering but when I dug into it, it was half done. We took it back & they were so sweet to us and fried us another piece but to my surprise it was not better I was scared to eat it. My mother always told me when u cook or order catfish make sure they fry it hard which mean fry it a lil while longer to make sure that it is all the way done if that would have happen that damn fish would have been off the chain. I also got fired okra, coleslaw(bitter) & cornbread. My Husband order the chicken which was great but not hot the okra which he loved as well but he was not a fan of the mashed potatoes he said that it was real mashed mixed with instant. The staff was great & was very sweet & kind. I am a 3 strike & your out kinda girl I would like to try Jeff’s again but if its bad the 2nd time than there will be no reason for me to try it for a 3rd. Hope that my next vist will be different.
