Susie H. Murfreesboro TN,. I don’t usually write restaurant reviews but in defense of Nobody’s I feel compelled to do so. my experience has been nothing but wonderful. It’s has a nice casual family ambiance and I am always welcome with a smile. I’m usually there for dinner and bingo on Tues. nights but go for dinner other nights. Although their menu reads like a good novel I can’t seem to get beyond their WINGS there that good! Maybe I’ll try the Rubin some time soon
Stay away. We visited murfreesboro over the 4th of July and was hoping to have some great BBQ but were sadly disappointed by Nobody’s. My husband ordered briskett and I ordered pork and both tasted horrible!!! Tasted as if the meat was very old. The Cole slaw had no flavor at all. We also tried the fried pickles and was not impressed with them. If we ever visited murfreesboro again we would never return here.
SInce new owner Dave and Cat, is very nice. Invited my California cousins to meet and have BBQ. I met the owner Dave at an Autism fundraiser that he had at Nobody’s, so decided to check out the food. Wipe out any complaints with previous owners about service and food. I think the new owners are doing a nice job. The waitress was fantastic and the food was good. We had brisket platters and I tried out the sweet potato fries. We were too full to try out the desserts that Cat makes which are supposed to be great. The beer and drink selection was good, and the menu had all sorts of food types, not just barbeque. Decent food if you want a booth in a sports bar type restaurant.
We eat here often. It’s a great ‘go to’ place. It’s not fancy, but it’s comfortable especially when we take our grandkids. The servers are always nice and on top of things. The burgers are fantastic, as well as the homemade chips and desserts are also homemade and the absolute best. There are a few items that aren’t for us, but there is a huge menu to choose from. My grandkids love the fried pickles and honey BBQ wings. We have been there during the karaoke times and the trivia nights and it is a good time but a little late for us. All in all, good neighborhood sit down place with good service.
Beef brisket barely warm. French fries must have only been fried enough to almost warm them up. They sure we’re not done. Baked beans okay
It is bar food! Drinks are ok ….not bad over all…
Nobody’s Murfeesboro. The owner, (Steve?), was feeding shots to someone who was way too drunk to drive. We watched him drive off in a silver Cadillac after being encouraged by the bartenders and he couldn’t even walk. We walked in to do karaoke and didn’t even feel welcome. Terrible place to eat/drink/ hang out. Corn hole boards in the building but don’t even advertise. The owner just wants people there that he knows. Bartenders look scared of owner. Feel very uptight even in this place.
